  1. Loved both of these movies, though the interpretations are indeed very different. Kenneth Branagh’s Shakespeare films will always hold a special place in my heart.

  2. Amber, brilliant review! I, too, loved the eavesdropping sequence in Whedon’s version as well as his cast — it was like a reunion of a lot of my faves from his past shows.

    • Thanks, Nate! There are so many things to enjoy about both of these films, and they both bring such different perspectives to the story and create completely different cinematic experiences.
